Terms
These terms govern use of system-pathpoint.click and the briefing work commissioned from System Pathpoint, 17 Kent Street, Cross, BS26 9PL, United Kingdom.
Acceptance
By using this site or asking us to hold a briefing week, you agree to these terms. If you are writing on behalf of a company or partnership, you confirm you have authority to instruct us.
The work
We supply commissioned documents: kitchen calendars, passworded pages, cellar pull sheets, banquet load sheets, and related walkthroughs. We do not supply till software, live point-of-sale connections, or a consumer product for sale through this site.
Extracts and accuracy
Forecasts rest on the extracts, diaries, and notes you provide. We are not responsible for missing weeks, unnamed coach parties, or menus that change after the calendar is printed, except as described in the relevant briefing pack and the refund page.
Intellectual property
The website copy, layout, and our briefing templates remain ours. The wall calendar and pull sheets produced for your house may be used inside that house, including reprints for the brigade. You may not resell the briefing or present it as your own product to another operator.
Site content
Field notes are general observations. They are not a forecast for your site. Photographs on this site come from public image sources and are illustrative; they are not photographs of a particular client's kitchen unless we say so.
Liability
We take reasonable care when writing a briefing. We do not accept liability for lost covers, food waste, cellar shortages, or staff costs arising from decisions made after you receive the documents, except where we cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability is not excluded, it is limited to the fees paid for the briefing that gave rise to the claim.
Third-party sites
Links from this website are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect our documents.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The date of the current version is 19 August 2026. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
