This notice explains how System Pathpoint handles personal information when you use this website or send extracts for a food and beverage demand forecasting dashboard briefing.

What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, briefing type, kind of house, optional week, and the message you write. From a briefing: till extracts, delivery notes, menus, diaries, and the names of staff you ask us to speak with. From the site itself: essential cookies as described on the cookies page, and analytics cookies only if you accept.
Why we use it
We use contact details to reply within three working days and to carry out a commissioned briefing. Legal bases are our legitimate interests in running the practice, performance of a contract once you instruct us, and consent where you accept analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry emails that do not become a briefing are kept for 18 months. Extract packs and finished calendars for a completed briefing are kept for 24 months to support a quarterly refresh, then deleted or returned on request. Accounting records are kept for the period required by United Kingdom law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. These rights are subject to the exemptions that apply in the United Kingdom.
International transfers
Our email and file storage may involve processors outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we use a transfer tool recognised under United Kingdom data protection law, such as an adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses, together with a transfer assessment where required.
Sharing
We do not sell extracts. We may share information with an accountant, insurer, or IT host who processes it on our instructions, or if the law requires disclosure.
Children
This site is aimed at adult operators and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
