Existing clients only. New sites start with the full briefing.

How the work runs
The analyst who wrote the original briefing, where possible.

Time: Four working days.
Place: Remote unless a kitchen visit is already planned.
Please prepare: Till extract since the last pack and any menu PDF.
Limits: A refresh more than 14 months after the original briefing is quoted as a new briefing.
Fees: From £720 per quarter for a single site.
