Beer taps and glasses along a bar

Supporting pack

Cellar and beverage allocation

A cellar pack that ties keg, cask, and bottle pull to expected covers and wet-led sessions, so the order to the brewery matches the diary rather than a standing par.

Who it is for

Pubs, hotel bars, and restaurant groups whose beer and wine orders still follow last year's par card.

What you receive

A four-week pull sheet by line, with notes for festivals, rugby, and quiet midweeks.

Scope

On-trade beverage only. Off-licence retail is outside this pack.

Included

  • Line-level pull against covers and session type
  • Notes on slow-moving bottles occupying cold space
  • A conversation with the cellar lead, not only the GM

Not included

  • Line-clean contracts, brewery negotiations, or cocktail menu design
