Client notes
What desks say after commissioning cluster briefings and transfer monitoring. Names withheld where clients requested confidentiality.
The cluster map for our ETH desk flagged a dormant group waking up three days before the unwind. We had time to reduce spot exposure without chasing the move down.
— Portfolio manager, London multi-strategy fund
Transfer corridor report caught a routing change we would have missed — same wallets, different bridge. Saved us from assuming the flow had stopped.
— Independent trader, Edinburgh
Reports are dense. First read took longer than I expected, but the walkthrough call clarified which clusters actually mattered for our book. Worth the time.

We use them quarterly rather than monthly — the monitoring cadence felt like too much for our size, but the one-off audits are sharp and fairly priced.

Case note: liquidity mapping before a large unlock
A mid-size fund approached us six weeks before a known token unlock. They wanted to know whether labelled whale groups had been pre-positioning in exit pools.
Our audit showed two clusters had quietly added depth to a secondary DEX pair while reducing CEX deposits. The mapping report identified which pool would thin first under a 2% sell programme. The fund adjusted hedge sizing and avoided paying spread on a reactive exit.
Outcome: they reported slippage roughly 40% lower than a prior unlock cycle where they relied on exchange volume alone. We cannot guarantee repeat results — this note documents one engagement.
